Company ProfileTri-Lakes Title & Escrow is a family title insurance agency made up of Stone County Abstract & Title Company and Tri-Lakes Title Company. Originally incorporated in 1963 by Kenneth R. Babbit and Cathryn Ann Babbit, the companies today operate under the combined leadership of Stephen C. Babbit and Theresa Babbit Manlove. The third generation, represented by Stephana Babbit Bekebrede, Cory S. Mayberry and James S. H. Babbit have now joined the companies. Tri-Lakes Title & Escrow is an active member of both the American Land Title Association and Missouri Land Title Association. The Company represents Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance Company, and Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation.
