Construction Disbursal involves the complete management of the Owner and Lender financial obligations to each other and the General Contractor involved in the building project.

Under $500,000.00 1/2 of 1%
$500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00 1/4 of 1%
Over $1,000,000.00 1/8 of 1%

Project Minimum Cost:  $300.00

Fees are charged cumulatively on an ongoing basis with each contractor, provided, however, that no lien notices are filed against the contractor or any subcontractor or materialmen employed on jobs under construction disbursal by Tri-Lakes.
